Q: My tooth has been hurting me for a while what should I do?
A: Please call our office and make an appointment; we will see most emergencies the same day to get you
smiling again. We are conveniently located with ample parking.

Q: My dentures do not fit - what can I do to make it better?
A: After years of wearing a denture often times it gets loose. We can evaluate your denture and see if a simple re-line can bring back the retention or if you need a new denture. If you do need a new denture, our experienced doctors will try to match your existing denture so that you can have the same look and feel with your new better-fitting dentures.

Lots of denture adhesives can have negative impacts on your health -- you should limit the use of denture adhesive and seek professional care in order to bring back the retention in your denture.

Q: What is a Root Canal Treatment?
A: Your teeth have nerve tissue inside and when it gets infected with bacteria, you will need root canal treatment. During the procedure, the nerve tissue will be cleaned out and the empty space will be filled with Gutta Percha after disinfection of your tooth.

Q: What is periodontal disease?
A: Periodontal disease comes about when your teeth are not clean and plaque builds up on them. The plaque buildup will provide a perfect habitat for bacteria to grow, and when bacteria grow they infect your gums. Bacteria also eat all the sugar and carbohydrate products that go into your mouth and produce sulfur-containing compounds, and that is the reason a person will have bad breath. Infection of your gums will cause your gums to bleed while brushing. If left over time it will also cause resorption of the bone around your teeth and that will lead to loose teeth, which eventually would be lost.
